How it works

From artwork files to a gallery visitors can enter.

ArtDoon gives artists a guided path from a reusable artwork library to a shareable browser-based 3D exhibition.

  1. 01

    Create your artist profile

Choose the artist or studio name visitors will see, reserve a public handle, and add an optional biography, website, Instagram name, and contact email.

  2. 02

    Build your artwork library

Upload your images once and reuse them across exhibitions. ArtDoon applies orientation, removes embedded metadata, converts the image to WebP, and limits the longest edge to 2,048 pixels for reliable 3D viewing.

  3. 03

    Choose a space

Browse ArtDoon’s architectural spaces, inspect the number of artwork positions and viewpoints, and save spaces you want to use later.

  4. 04

    Curate the exhibition

Place images or wall text into the room, choose frames and mounts, adjust lighting, add an exhibition statement, and preview the visitor’s walk through the space.

  5. 05

    Verify and publish

Verify your account email, publish the exhibition, and share its public link. You can make it private again whenever you want.

Draft privately

Save work before it is public. A draft has no visitor link.

Reuse artwork

One uploaded image can appear in multiple exhibitions.

Keep control

Unpublish, export your data, or permanently delete your account from Profile settings.
